Pelican
Press Pensacola, located in Pensacola, Florida, was founded upon the idea that many talented authors need a helping
hand to get published. Therefore, much of the focus of the company is on formatting and editing for publication so that authors
can then choose to be published by Pelican Press, to be published by another publishing company, or to be self-published.
Pelican Press Pensacola also offers editing services
to individuals, businesses, and organizations on a project-by-project basis. A major client is Kore Access, Incorporated,
a marketing consulting firm. Any of the text at www.koreaccess.com can be viewed as samples of editing work done by Pelican Press.
Linda Wasserman is the owner, publisher, and editor of Pelican
Press Pensacola. She has worked in various segments of the publishing, editing, and writing fields and served in many roles:
as a newspaper proofreader, newspaper assistant editor, feature writer, columnist, newsletter editor, Web site editor
and writer, and now as publisher. Linda graduated magna cum laude from The University of West Florida with a Bachelor of Arts
in Psychology and a minor in Print Journalism. She also earned her Master of Arts in Psychology from The University of West
